Jemma Mrdak is name you will not soon forget and is the Canberra local, founder and woman behind style, wellness, travel and lifestyle blog – A Stylish Moment. 

Jemma started A Stylish Moment a few years ago whilst studying her Communications and Arts degree at the University of Canberra, and since graduating has immersed herself deeply into the world of communications, public relations and social media. 

Through her blog A Stylish Moment, Jemma hopes to share her daily inspiration and thought provoking opinions, style, health and wellness advice, as well as grow a strong support network with her followers. 

Jemma is also extremely passionate about mental health awareness, and regularly shares her personal stories and struggles in the hope that she can aid in removing the stigma surrounding mental illness. 

Since graduating University in 2014, Jemma has gained a wealth of experience in the fashion and communications industry. Jemma has also previously contributed for OutInCanberra and worked as their resident style stalker. She was also an Online Assistant at Frockaholics.com, Communications Coordinator at QT Canberra, and Communications Coordinator at Raytheon Australia.

So far throughout her blogging and media career, Jemma has worked with brands such as Next Gen Canberra, The Canberra Centre, NBN Network, Review Australia, Thoroughbred Park Racing and TAFE NSW. She was also recently nominated for a Rising Social Star Award. 

In early 2016, Jemma launched her social media management business Dak & Co, which specialises in social media management for small businesses. She started this business as she saw a gap in the market for smaller social media management agency’s that could help small businesses understand the benefits of social media. She started Dak & Co with an aim to show these businesses how important it is to have an online presence in order to grow and expand their business and opportunities. 

Jemma is currently making waves in the blogging and social media industry as she continues to inspire many with her innovative approach to navigating the online world and the Capital Express Group hopes to see a lot more from Jemma in the future...watch this space.
