Our food is grown onsite or sourced from only the finest producers in the region and our multi award-winning Smokehouse products are incorporated to ensure an authentic Australian dining experience like no other.
A focus on contemporary horticulture has seen the evolution of incredible gardens, vineyard, orchards and groves. The fruit, vegetable and herbs produced on the farm provide guests with a paddock to plate experience that has to be seen to be believed.
Widely recognised as Australia’ foremost garden designer, Paul Bangay was commissioned to create a sustainable orchard which now produces incredible fruit used in our dishes and desserts across the estate dining venues.
The smokehouse continues to evolve and innovate, producing some of Australia’s most highly awarded artisan food products. Pialligo Estate smoked bacon and premium smoked salmon is distributed through independent grocers across Australia, exported into Asia and available to purchase on site.
